City of Her Light

She walks through streets of glass and stone,

A beauty carved in paths unknown,

With eyes that catch the evening’s gleam,

She weaves her way through city dreams.

Her silhouette in neon hue,

Paints stories in the avenue,

A symphony of heels that play,

Against the hum of city sway.

Skyscrapers bow beneath her gaze,

She owns the night in countless ways,

A glowing star in concrete veins,

A breath of grace in endless lanes.

Her beauty’s not the fleeting kind,

It’s in the strength her steps remind,

Of how she rises through the steel,

And lights the dark with what she feels.

Her laughter echoes in the bars,

A melody among the cars,

She glides through chaos, still serene,

The city’s queen, a timeless scene.

From bustling crowds to silent parks,

She leaves her mark on hidden arcs,

Each corner knows her whispered name,

Each shadow bows beneath her flame.

For in this city’s endless sprawl,

She’s beauty framed against it all,

A woman fierce, yet soft and bright,

The city breathes because her light.
